Powder coating, or powder painting, is a coating process where an electrically conductive material is coated with powder paint. A typical coating line consists of surface pretreatment (cleaning and/or application of a conversion coating), intermediate drying, electrostatic coating zone and dryer. Powder coating offers decorative variety and excellent corrosion protection, high scratch and impact resistance, and any desired surface textures. Wet painting is a popular and widely used coating technique. It is suitable for almost all substrate materials. The spraying process opens up any scope for effects, surface structures and variations in color shades. We paint both aluminum and steel. You can choose the color and layer thickness according to your needs. We can process materials up to two tons per carrier.

Powder Coating
We coat steel and aluminum as basic materials. We adjust the coating thickness and color individually to your requirements. We can also process materials weighing up to two tons for powder coating.

Glass Bead Blasting
We offer both glass bead blasting and grit blasting for decorative finishing and surface pretreatment. This process improves adhesion for e.g. paint and powder coatings and the smallest material defects can be repaired. It should be noted that glass bead blasting cannot provide corrosion protection.
